I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The location to the shopping centre was very convenient, and the transportation was available easily in this city. Moreover, the staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was delicious.

We found the gravel/dirt road leading to the lodge inconvenient, and the room assigned to us was located next to a noisy and busy room which disturbed our peace. there were no clear instructions on how to access the WiFi, and the TV channels were limited.

The room wasn't as clean as I had hoped, with some dirty towels and hair in the shower. the noise from the conversations in the hallway was quite disturbing, and I was disappointed that the room I booked was not what I received.
